Refusal to repair my VIZIO TV that I purchased less than a year ago - VIZIO TV


This complaint concerns my 60 inch Vizio purchased on November 30, 2015. On November 18, 2016, this tv stopped working. The entire screen has turned to red and orange. When Vizio was contacted I was asked to provide a picture of the screen and a purchase receipt, of which I did. I was then told that they were not responsible for any repair because "it was purchased through a third party seller". I purchased this TV from Amazon (this was not a refurbished model, etc). On a side note, I have another smaller Vizio that I purchased approximately 6 years ago that is also starting to have screen issues. I will never buy another Vizio again and I will gladly advise others to not purchase one either.
