The VW37L HDTV was purchased and installed 6 months ago. Since installation the TV has never been moved and ir rarely used, and has recently stopped working. (it had lines in the screen, and has now gone to a white screen). With a phone call to tech support, they would not even habe it looked at, they simply said it was dropped. We tried to explain that it has never been dropped or abused, nut the refuse to have it looked at.
