  • Poor Vizio Customer Service



    I bought a Vizio 60" model e601i-a3 television from Walmart in June of 2013. The unit is 8 months old and I've been very satisfied with the overall performance of the unit. Two weeks ago I turned the television on and a vertical red line appeared on one side of the screen. I contacted Vizio Support to have the unit repaired or replaced. I did get a response from them within the 48 hour window they advertise. I was told to do a hard reset of the unit which I had already done before calling them. I told them that I had already done that and it did not fix the problem. Two days later... More...
